The EU aims to achieve climate-neutrality for its entire building stock by 2050. To achieve this, your job is to carry out energy-efficient retrofitting and refurbishment of the existing building stock.
In Germany, for instance, 85% of all buildings are either not insulated at all or else poorly or incorrectly insulated. The consequences of this are high heating bills, moisture damage to building structures and risks to the health of residents.
